How to Spot Fake Glaggles in Enfosi

Status — core objective confirmed; individual visual tells unverified. Checked October 23, 2026. The official description confirms disguised Enphosians among innocent Glaggles.

First establish a baseline: observe several ordinary arrivals during the current wave. Compare a suspicious character against those arrivals, look from another angle if you can, and ask whether the difference persists. The public description confirms the need to identify fakes; it does not publish a complete current list of disguise defects.

Step What to do Why it helps
Scan Watch the crowd and statue approach together. You keep the defense objective in view.
Compare Match a suspicious arrival to others from the same wave. A wave can bring a new Glaggle, so older patterns can mislead.
Recheck Change angle or wait for another visible cue. A single frame or old guide image may be ambiguous.
Act Follow the current game UI and team cues. The live build is the best authority on valid targets and consequences.

The older community Glaggles reference describes several possible disguise defects. These are historical community clues, not a confirmed SMILE MORE rule set:

Candidate clue from the community archive Compare it with What could mislead you
A missing face Another Glaggle of the same type in this wave An obscured face or a different character type
A color that looks wrong The same body part on a clear, nearby example Lighting, effects or a new variant
A changed or absent torso symbol The symbol on a matching normal arrival Camera angle, overlap or low detail at distance

Do not turn one clue into an automatic shot. The archive predates the current build; first confirm that the compared characters are the same type and that the difference remains visible from a second angle. We have not independently verified whether these tells, or any eyes, animation or sound cue, still work after SMILE MORE.

For one suspicious arrival, note its type, the feature that differs, and the normal example you used. If you can safely observe the result in the game, record whether your call was correct. After several confirmed cases, keep only clues that worked in the same build and conditions. This gives your team a more useful rule than an undated image labeled “all fakes.”

Keep the statue and other arrivals in view. Communicate the suspicious detail to teammates rather than presenting it as certain. The correct in-game response can depend on controls and penalties that the public listing does not specify; inspect the current tutorial or UI before taking a risky action.

This is an unofficial fan-made guide; its observation sequence is editorial advice, not a verified game rule.
